MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT PRE-INFORMATION FORM
This pre-information notice is provided by MOVIAX Film Production and Distribution Inc. (“MOVIAX”) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the Consumer regarding the details of the service described below, purchased through any electronic medium.
1. PARTIES
This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically executed between MOVIAX Film Production and Distribution Inc. (“MOVIAX”) and the user (“Subscriber”) who wishes to access any type of digital content (“Digital Content”)—such as films, documentaries, music, live TV broadcasts, series, news, etc.—via computers, tablets, smartphones, smart TVs connected to the internet, and all similar devices enabling access to the MOVIAX digital platform and/or mobile applications, through the www.moviax.tv
digital platform and/or MOVIAX mobile applications (“MOVIAX Digital Platforms”). MOVIAX and the Subscriber shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties.”
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding MOVIAX’s provision of Digital Content services through the MOVIAX Digital Platforms under the conditions specified herein, and the Subscriber’s establishment of a subscription under the terms defined in this Agreement.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS AND PROCEDURES
3.1. Pre-Information

and has been provided to the Subscriber in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. MOVIAX endeavors to ensure that all product details displayed on its website are accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee that the product details and visuals are correct, complete, or reliable.
The Subscriber acknowledges that the Digital Content service forming the subject of this Agreement is provided electronically and declares that they have read and fully understood the Pre-Information Form.
3.2. Establishment and Effective Date of Subscription
The Subscriber indicates acceptance by clicking the “Sign Up” button after fully reading this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form.
3.3. Subscription Types
Annually renewing subscription: Unless canceled before the renewal date, the subscription will be automatically renewed each year.
3.4. Continuation of Subscription
The Subscriber must have an internet connection and a compatible device to access the MOVIAX Digital Platforms. The subscription remains valid as long as the Subscriber complies with the provisions of the Agreement.
4. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT
MOVIAX reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement terms and subscription fees. Any such changes shall become effective after the Subscriber has been notified.
5. SUBSCRIBER’S DECLARATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Subscriber agrees to act in accordance with all applicable legislation while accessing the Digital Content. The Subscriber may not share, reproduce, or distribute MOVIAX’s content in any manner.
6. NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF SUBSCRIPTION & GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION
6.1. The Subscriber accepts that the subscription is non-transferable.
6.2. MOVIAX Digital Content may be viewed within Türkiye and in licensed geographical regions.
7. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time.
7.2. MOVIAX may unilaterally terminate the subscription.
8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
8.1. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
8.2. MOVIAX may assign its rights under this Agreement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MOVIAX makes no commitment that the services will be uninterrupted or flawless and is not liable for service disruptions.
10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Subscriber agrees that their personal data will be recorded and processed by MOVIAX.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Subscriber accepts that Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
12. STAMP TAX
If stamp tax is incurred, it shall be paid by the Subscriber and will be reflected in the service fee.
