Geographical and Technical Restrictions: You may watch the content offered by MOVIAX only in Turkey and/or in accordance with the licensing restrictions applicable to the content you wish to watch from different locations. The content we offer may vary depending on time and your geographical region. The number of devices that can simultaneously stream content varies depending on the purchased plan.
Membership: To use MOVIAX, you must create an account. You can find the registration page on moviax.tv under “Sign Up” or within the MOVIAX Membership section.
Your Account: If you create an account on MOVIAX, you must keep your username, password, and payment information confidential and not share them with any third party. If you believe or suspect that someone else has access to this information, notify us immediately. The number of profiles within your account may vary; attempting to create more profiles than permitted may result in termination of your membership.
The terms on this page may be unilaterally amended by MOVIAX at any time, provided that such changes are clearly stated here. These changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued access or use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. You agree to periodically review these Terms to remain aware of any updates.
Links: Links directing from MOVIAX to third-party websites are provided solely for your convenience or for communication between users. If you follow these links, you leave the Service. MOVIAX does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content or availability. MOVIAX does not endorse or represent any of these sites or their materials. Accessing third-party sites is entirely your responsibility. You may not modify or adapt the Service, nor create the false impression that another website is associated with MOVIAX.
MOVIAX may include links and redirects to websites managed by third parties, and third-party content may be used. MOVIAX does not operate or supervise such content, nor does it confirm its accuracy or reliability. Therefore, we accept no responsibility for information or opinions on third-party sites. Likewise, links placed by third parties to MOVIAX do not imply approval of their content.
Membership and Usage: MOVIAX stores your personal information only to provide specific services, display content and ads tailored to users’ preferences, and notify users about new services. Users may modify their personal information while navigating the website. This information can be changed only by the user.
If incorrect or outdated information is provided during use, or if there is doubt regarding accuracy, MOVIAX reserves the right to partially or fully suspend or terminate its services.
You are responsible for all actions taken through your membership. You agree not to sell, transfer, assign, allow usage of, or commercialize your username or membership rights. Except for individuals or entities with explicit authorization to create accounts on behalf of employers or clients, the Service prohibits creating accounts on behalf of others. You agree that all information you provide when signing up or thereafter is accurate, current, and complete, and agree to update it when necessary.
You may not request, collect, or use login information belonging to other users.
Information such as visited sections and clicked areas may be automatically recorded while navigating the site. This data is used solely for statistical purposes to track engagement across different areas. Technologies like cookies may be used to analyze usage patterns. This is not a personalized application. Location data may be recorded and used with the user's consent to improve service quality and access.
MOVIAX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the mobile app or website, nor does it ensure correction of defects or freedom from harmful components or viruses. The information in these Terms is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or similar advice. You bear full responsibility for actions taken based on information from the app or the website.
MOVIAX reserves the right to modify, refuse to publish, or remove any information or content that is criminal, threatening, insulting, defamatory, pornographic, disturbing, immoral, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, and to freeze or terminate accounts engaging in such activities.
You must not violate the legal rights of third parties while using any content or communication system of the Service. MOVIAX assumes no legal or criminal liability for such violations, and all resulting consequences lie solely with the user.
MOVIAX, its board members, executives, affiliates, employees, or contributors are not liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages arising from the use of the Service or reliance on the information provided.
You may not use unauthorized methods—including automatic devices, bots, spiders, crawlers, or scrapers—to create accounts.
You must not prevent other users from accessing or using the Service and must not encourage or enable violations of the Terms.
Any action intended to disable, slow down, or damage the software or hardware systems of the Service is strictly prohibited. Automated programs or mass queries that burden the Service fall within this prohibition. MOVIAX may block access and take legal action against users engaging in such activities.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, create derivative works from, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute MOVIAX software in any form, nor attempt reverse engineering. MOVIAX may block access and take legal action if such activities are detected.
Users must not transmit viruses or harmful materials.
MOVIAX is not responsible for damages arising from the use of users’ personal information within the scope of the Terms and Subscription.
Email communications are not guaranteed secure unless encrypted; users are responsible for the security of the emails they send.
Users must not transmit illegal, threatening, disturbing, violent, terrorist, insulting, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content through the Service or upload such content to public or private areas. Publication of such content does not imply liability of MOVIAX for illegal or rights-violating materials.
Users must avoid unfair competition and must not copy any existing content.
All data, text, files, images, graphics, profiles, audio/video clips, music, and other materials shared or displayed by you on the Service may be shared with or processed by MOVIAX group companies. Users must not prevent others from using the Service. Advertising third-party goods or services within the Service is prohibited.
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone at any time for any reason.
You are responsible for the device and internet access required to use MOVIAX. MOVIAX bears no responsibility for issues arising from your internet provider.
These Terms may be unilaterally amended by MOVIAX at any time, and changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
FREE TRIAL, BILLING, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Free Trial: The free trial is offered only through promotional campaigns and entirely at MOVIAX’s discretion. The free trial may be restricted or removed to prevent misuse or depending on the Subscription Type. If you are found not meeting the criteria, we may cancel your free trial and freeze your account.
You may cancel your membership before the free trial ends. If you cancel before the trial concludes, no fee will be charged; otherwise, the subscription fee for the next billing period will be charged to your chosen payment method.
Billing: Subscription fees and billing terms vary based on subscription or rental type. Detailed information is available on moviax.tv under “Sign Up” or within the Subscription or Rent sections of the MOVIAX app.
To use MOVIAX, you must pay the fee associated with your chosen subscription type. Failure to fulfill payment obligations—including reasons caused by your bank—may result in suspension or termination.
If we determine that you have violated the Terms, we may partially or completely suspend or terminate your account.
Renewal and Cancellation: Cancellation terms depend on the type of Subscription or Content purchased.
Because MOVIAX is an intangible service delivered instantly in electronic form, you do not have a right of withdrawal, and cancellation requests become effective only at the end of the relevant subscription period.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Users must avoid unfair competition and may not copy existing site content.
All materials, including code and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
MOVIAX owns or holds usage rights to the MOVIAX application, trademarks, trade names, logos, domain names, and all other brand elements, except for open-source components. These rights are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
By accepting these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, time-limited license to use MOVIAX solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Exceeding this license may result in legal liability.
MOVIAX Content: All content within the Service—including content created by MOVIAX or users (such as user-created watchlists)—is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited, and MOVIAX reserves the right to seek compensation.
You are personally responsible for any intellectual property violations arising from improper use of the Content.
Promotions offered under your membership do not grant perpetual rights.
User Content may be monitored and controlled by MOVIAX and may be modified or removed if it violates the Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If any provision becomes invalid or unenforceable, it may be removed without affecting the rest of the Terms.
Any disputes arising from these legal relationships shall be resolved by Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
